you know there are somethings that I might say to you,
but I know what we have now is so precious too good to be true
no matter how much I think about him beyond the frame of the perfect person befriended,
I cannot say what I have hidden in my heart -- I fear the relationship may not ever be mended.
so here I'll stay on the isle of dreams and illusions,
until my destined finds my hand to lead me in to the real world.
but even now as you may be reading this; I'll say what I can't ever say to you in the real world.
I love you
won't you give me a chance to show you my heart
and give me someone to love.

it's not one of my better works but just some rambling poetry. I wrote this for someone who has a very special place in my heart. but I'm not willing to tell them just yet how I feel, but I thought I should write something to vent some of the frustration. it's tough having a friend who you love dearly as a friend and then as a random stroke of fate's games you start to feel attracted to them... *sighs*
